UP Electronics Corporation Ltd is managed by the Board of Directors constituted by the Govt. The day to day functions are discharged by the Managing Director, who is appointed by the Board with the concurrence of the Govt. The Managing Director discharges his duties under the superintendence, Control and directions of the Board of Directors. The Managing Director is having the power to delegate a part of its authority to various officers of the Corporation. Presently the Corporation has 5 Divisions viz.

(i) Hardware & Software Division

(ii) Secretarial Division

(iii) P&S Division

(iv) Accounts Division

(vi) Computer Lab Division

(v) Computer Education & Training Division

(vi) Corporate Personnel Division

    (iii) The procedure followed in the decision making process including Channels of Supervision and Accountability:-

The Corporation is managed by the Board of Directors of the Corporation constituted by the Govt. The constitution of the Board was Broad based having 10 Directors at present and due to change of assignment there are 03 vacancies presently on the Board.

The Managing Director and the Officials working under him have to follow the decisions taken by the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Besides this the Govt has a right to issue directives as contemplated under Articles of association of the Corporation.
